As President of Kevin Riles Commercial in Houston, Texas, Kevin leads complex multifamily, land, and commercial transactions, advising investors, institutions, and developers on strategic growth decisions. In parallel with his business leadership, Kevin serves as an Assistant Professor of Practice at Prairie View A&M University, where he teaches graduate-level courses in real estate development and community strategy.
